The Job : Service Centre Agent

Details:

A customer service role with the aim of customer satisfaction/retention through exceptional service delivery.

Required Experience/Skills

B.Sc/HND qualification in any field

1+ years’ experience in customer service/ customer management

Computer literacy

Good command of the English language

Appreciable knowledge and use of Microsoft Word & Excel

Experience working in a courier company is an added advantage.
