Our client, that engages in the Security Management Services, requires the service of qualified persons for
the positions of HEAD OF HR & ADMIN AND HEAD OF FINANCE in its Abuja office.
Qualifications for Head of HR and Admin
Degree in human resources management or business administration.
At least 5 years’ post qualification and relevant experience preferably in security management structure.
Proficient in HR matter.
Must have a working knowledge of State, Federal and International labor policies and regulations.
At least three (3) years’ experience of payroll management system.
Qualifications For Head of Finance
Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or related discipline, plus a recognised professional accounting qualification (i.e., ACA, ACCA or Equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience out of which a minimum of 3 years should have been in a Finance function
Experience managing client relationships to grow revenue and customers environment within accounts
Any experience with the security management marketplace is advantageous
Demonstrated stakeholder management
Record of involvement in a complex sell at board level
