Our client, that engages in the Security Management Services, requires the service of qualified persons for
the positions of HEAD OF HR & ADMIN AND HEAD OF FINANCE in its Abuja office.

Qualifications for Head of HR and Admin
   Degree in human resources management or business administration. 
   At least 5 years’ post qualification and relevant experience preferably in security management structure. 
   Proficient in HR matter. 
  Must have a working knowledge of State, Federal and International labor policies and regulations.
   At least three (3) years’ experience of payroll management system.


Qualifications For Head of Finance
    Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or related discipline, plus a recognised professional accounting qualification (i.e., ACA, ACCA or Equivalent). 
    Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience out of which a minimum of 3 years should have been in a Finance function 
    Experience managing client relationships to grow revenue and customers environment within accounts 
    Any experience with the security management marketplace is advantageous 
    Demonstrated stakeholder management 
    Record of involvement in a complex sell at board level
